Understanding our roles in data processing:

  • Exam Organizer (your institution, school, or company conducting the exam) is the Data Controller that determines the purpose and means of exam data processing
  • CBT INDOLAT is the Data Processor that provides the technology infrastructure and processes data on behalf of the Organizer

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide exam services:

• Registration and Identity Information

Our platform only collects basic information: your name and email address. Additional data such as identification numbers, phone numbers, or institution details are collected by the Exam Organizer based on their requirements.

• Exam Data

Your answers, scores, start/end times, duration, activity logs, file uploads, and question navigation history.

• Proctoring Data (Monitoring)

If proctoring features are enabled: video recordings, audio, screenshots, and browser activity logs. Explicit consent will be requested before collecting this data.

• Technical and Device Information

IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, and cookies.

• Payment Information (If Applicable)

Transaction history and payment status. We do NOT store credit card details — all transactions are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Maintaining exam integrity and preventing cheating
